Recycling Operations Manager
Location: Seia, Portugal
Type: Full-time
Experience: 3+ years in waste management or recycling
Salary Range: Competitive package based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recycling operations team
- Oversee daily processing and quality control
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Optimize operational efficiency and safety protocols
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field, strong leadership skills, knowledge of recycling processes and EU regulations.
Quality Control Specialist
Location: Seia, Portugal
Type: Full-time
Experience: 2+ years in quality control or laboratory
work
Salary Range: Competitive package with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing on recycled materials
- Maintain laboratory equipment and procedures
- Document test results and compliance reports
- Collaborate with production team on quality improvements
Requirements: Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or related field, experience with analytical testing, attention to detail, knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
Sales Representative
Location: Seia, Portugal

Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales
Salary Range: Base salary + commission structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with European clients
- Identify new business opportunities in recycling markets
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with logistics team for export operations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, fluency in English and Portuguese, experience in international trade preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills.
